User-Generated Content

When you submit content to WordsToSign (videos, text, images), you retain ownership of that content. However, by uploading content, you grant WordsToSign a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform and public feed as permitted by your privacy settings.

WordsToSign is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Reasons for account termination may include uploading of harmful content, harassment of other users, or repeated policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WordsToSign be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Continued use of WordsToSign after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
